Phantom launches Kalshi prediction markets for US users

BlockBeats news, October 23 - Crypto wallet service provider Phantom is rolling out Kalshi prediction markets to US users, allowing them to trade event contracts directly within its app.

The feature began rolling out on Friday, October 23, and will gradually expand availability over the coming weeks. Phantom users must complete identity verification (KYC) on Kalshi before they can use the feature.

The launch comes as multiple US states are challenging Kalshi. Asked whether the related legal disputes concern Phantom, Phantom General Counsel Kevin Jacobs said the company is confident in moving forward with the business.
