Justin Sun responds to lawsuit against WLFI: Business is business, does not affect optimism about US tech and crypto policy

BlockBeats news, October 22 — Justin Sun recently discussed his lawsuit against the Trump family's crypto project WLFI in a conversation with Jin Ming. He made it clear that he still firmly supports President Trump's crypto policies and AI strategy, and believes they have been very successful. The reason for suing World Liberty Financial is entirely a normal act of a business investor defending his rights. The cause was the project's insufficient investment transparency, inadequate information disclosure, and even suspected fraud. The case has now been filed through proper judicial channels in a California federal court and handed to a federal judge for ruling, which is fully consistent with the operation of the U.S. rule-of-law system.

Justin Sun further clarified that this lawsuit will not affect his judgment of the broader U.S. macro trend in the slightest. He remains heavily invested in U.S. technology stocks and is bullish on TRX spot ETF approval and bell-ringing in the U.S., the on-chain migration of U.S. stock business, as well as expectations for a stronger dollar and the continued strength of the AI industry. Justin Sun believes public opinion has exaggerated and overcomplicated this lawsuit; in fact, it is simply a case of "business is business." Even if the amount involved under the agreement may be $400 million to $500 million, it is not damaging at all relative to his overall asset portfolio. Justin Sun also said that he invests with the patience of an old hunter, and once he is thoroughly bullish and makes a very major decision, a single investment will be at least $4 billion to $5 billion or more.
