BlockBeats news, October 20 - Aster announced that, in light of recent developments related to PAPER, it has immediately adjusted the PAPER pre-market perpetual contract market to reduce-only mode, with delisting scheduled for 9:45 Beijing time on October 20.
Aster advises users holding open positions to close them before delisting, stating that this is a precautionary measure aimed at managing market risk and maintaining orderly trading.
Previously reported, Papertrade stated that there are currently no plans to open external transfers of PAPER tokens and will adjust short-term trading fees and the token issuance curve. The team believes that PAPER perpetual contracts would make the liquidity pool's solvency a target for shorting, and external short exposure could increase the profits from manipulation attacks, and these markets are not controlled by the protocol.
