BlockBeats news, October 15 — San Francisco Fed President Mary Daly said on Wednesday that the Federal Reserve may need to raise short-term interest rates further to curb excessively high inflation,
but she also noted that there is no need to take that action at the Fed's October 27-28 meeting. "We very likely need to make further adjustments, but as for the timing of the adjustments, I think we are still weighing that,"
Daly said. "I don't feel there is a need to rush a decision with limited information. I think we have enough time."
