AMC CEO once again posts a statement questioning Robinhood, demanding clarification on whether its Jersey offshore business complies with SEC stock tokenization principles.

BlockBeats news, October 13: AMC Theatres CEO Adam Aron once again publicly addressed Robinhood co-founder Vlad Tenev and executive Dan Gallagher on the X platform, pointing out that Robinhood has expressed support for the SEC's new regulations on U.S. stock tokenization, but demanding that the other party clearly state whether its international business will follow the same principles. Aron specifically called out Robinhood's offshore operations in Jersey, questioning whether, if that business does not comply with the relevant principles, it would constitute a distortion and mockery of the correct practices required by the SEC.

Aron repeatedly posted "shame, shame, shame," expressing strong dissatisfaction with Robinhood's failure to respond directly to the relevant questions to date. He emphasized that if it supports the regulatory framework only within the United States while operating under different standards overseas, it would completely violate the compliance direction advocated by the SEC.
