BlockBeats news, October 13: Liquid Capital founder Yi Lihua stated in a post that although Bitcoin rebounded during its decline in recent days, as US stocks weakened and oil prices rose, BTC has fallen below the middle band on the 4-hour timeframe, namely the 20-period moving average. At present, except for the weekly chart, Bitcoin is showing weakness on the 15-minute, 1-hour, 4-hour, and daily timeframes, and the correction may not yet be over.
Yi Lihua said that when Bitcoin previously pulled back from around $86,000, it fluctuated multiple times and attempted to break through the strong resistance level of $87,000, which made him feel worried at one point; during the pullback, when it briefly broke through the key level of $84,000, it was likewise prone to triggering emotional swings.
Trading requires patience, and one should not try to participate in the market at all times. Compared with missing opportunities, the cost of making wrong trades is greater. Investors should stick to trading principles and avoid being disturbed by short-term fluctuations.
