A certain Ledger user purchased the device only 3 weeks ago and deposited 7 million USDT, which was stolen, potentially marking the largest single loss in this incident.

BlockBeats news, October 9: Multiple users who purchased Ledger hardware wallets from reseller CryptoBillis have suffered fund theft, with cumulative losses approaching $90 million.

According to lookonchain monitoring, a user with the address TY24Ya purchased a Ledger device from CryptoBillis 3 weeks ago and deposited 7 million USDT into it, but about 10 hours ago, all of these funds were stolen, possibly one of the largest individual losses in this incident.

Currently, whether the related devices were tampered with, the specific technical cause of the fund theft, and the identity of the attacker have not yet been confirmed. Users should remain vigilant and be cautious with hardware wallets from unknown sources and third-party distribution channels.
