Samsung Wallet partners with Sui to support USDC transfers on Sui

BlockBeats news, October 8th, Sui announced that it has partnered with Samsung Wallet to integrate USDC on Sui into Galaxy devices in the United States. Users can hold and send USDC, and initially only this asset is supported.

Additionally, user transfers are gas-free and do not require holding SUI. The SUI token itself is not supported in Samsung Wallet. This feature is currently limited to the United States, and the official plan is to expand to other markets in the future.
