动察 Beating AI News Flash: ElevenAgents is ElevenLabs' enterprise AI Agent platform. Companies can use it to build AIs that can answer calls, chat online, and handle customer service tasks. Now, ElevenLabs has added a built-in AI assistant, Architect, specifically to help teams build and maintain these Agents.
For example, refund calls are often transferred to a human agent, and teams can ask Architect directly for the reason. It will read real call recordings, Agent configurations, and test results, identify the problem, and then modify the prompt, workflow, tools, knowledge base, or guardrails.
After the changes are made, Architect will automatically write simulation tests to compare performance before and after the modifications. All changes first enter a draft and do not directly affect the live Agent. After testing is complete, they are handed over to a human for review and release.
Architect can also directly build new Agents. After users clearly state their requirements and provide materials, it can configure the prompt, knowledge base, tools, and tests. Teams can also call Architect through Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Cursor.
ElevenLabs says Architect can help Agents improve continuously. However, at present, humans still need to initiate tasks, and modifications must also be approved by humans before they can go live.
