Beating AI News Flash: OpenClaw Foundation releases OpenClaw Enterprise (OCE), enabling enterprises to uniformly deploy and manage long-running AI Agents on their own infrastructure.
The project was initially launched internally at OpenAI and subsequently donated to the OpenClaw Foundation, with Red Hat, NVIDIA, and others participating in development. The code uses the MIT license, allowing enterprises to deploy it themselves, and officials say it will be permanently free.
OCE mainly addresses the management issues enterprises face after deploying Agents. Administrators can uniformly create multiple Agents, restrict access permissions for different users and Agents, and add isolation, auditing, and lifecycle management. The underlying models, Agent harness, and sandbox can all be replaced, with no requirement to be tied to OpenAI.
OpenAI and Red Hat have already been trialing it internally. OpenAI's internal Agent "Androidclaw" can read code repositories, GitHub, and logs. When encountering build failures, it can find the relevant PR and attempt fixes; after discovering product issues, it can also trace faults, submit PRs with video evidence, and even merge them directly.
However, OCE has not yet reached formal production stage. Officials only recommend it for internal pilot use, with 1.0 planned for release later this year.
