REX and Osprey update SEI staking ETF filing, proposed effective date October 23.

BlockBeats news, September 28 - According to official disclosure by Sei, REX Shares and Osprey Funds have updated the SEI staking ETF-related filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), setting October 23 as the effective date. SEC filings show that the REX-Osprey SEI + Staking ETF was previously listed in the relevant registration documents.

The ETF intends to provide spot SEI exposure and participate in staking, with the related product being advanced alongside ETFs for crypto assets such as NEAR, HYPE, SUI, and AVAX. REX and Osprey have previously launched products including the SOL + Staking ETF.
