CleanSpark Subsidiary Completes $2.276 Billion Private Placement of Senior Secured Notes

BlockBeats news, September 28th, according to official sources, CleanSpark (Nasdaq stock code: CLSK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary CSDC Finance I, LLC has completed the previously announced issuance, with a total issuance amount of $2.276 billion of 7.875% senior secured notes, due in 2031.

The notes have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold within the United States unless registered or an applicable exemption from registration is available.
