DYORSWAP: Affected addresses bridging less than 5 ETH will receive 40% compensation

For addresses that bridged more than 5 ETH, DYORSWAP stated that some addresses may be associated with phishing activities or fraudulent bridging operations, and therefore will be reviewed separately. If users bridged more than 5 ETH and believe they are legitimate affected addresses, they can contact DYORSWAP for identity and address verification.
