Bitwise Files to Register NEAR ETF, Plans NYSE Arca Listing

BlockBeats news, September 25: U.S. SEC filings show that the Bitwise NEAR ETF has submitted a Form 8-A registration statement, seeking to register its common beneficial units for trading on NYSE Arca.

The filing shows that the ETF is sponsored by Bitwise Investment Advisers, LLC, and the corresponding S-1 registration statement was submitted to the SEC on September 16.

The Bitwise NEAR ETF aims to provide exchange-traded product exposure to NEAR-related assets. This Form 8-A was signed on September 24, signed on behalf of Bitwise by Chief Operating Officer Teddy Fusaro.
