It was originally planned to unlock 70 million GENIUS tokens on October 25 to incentivize users to trade and accumulate points. The official documentation previously stated that Season 2 would run from April 10 to August 10, with 1.5 million points per day. Recently, the relevant page has been updated: the season end date has been removed, and daily points have been reduced to 50,000.

CoinMarketCap data shows that the unlock time for the 70 million tokens has been postponed to February 2028. Some participants are demanding that the tokens be unlocked according to the original schedule, or that Season 2-related fees be refunded.
