Binance to List OURA U-Margined US Stock Pre-IPO Perpetual Contract

BlockBeats news, September 23: Binance announced it will list the OURA U-margined US stock Pre-IPO perpetual contract today at 16:30 (UTC+8), with the underlying asset being US stock Oura Inc., supporting up to 20x leverage.

Oura is a smart ring company founded in Finland in 2013. Its products continuously monitor sleep, heart rate, activity, stress, and other metrics through the ring and provide health recommendations, and are regarded as a lightweight wearable representative beyond smartwatches. Oura has now launched a roadshow for an IPO in the US, planning to list on Nasdaq under the ticker OURA, with an offering price guidance of $40–44, and the entire deal at up to approximately $2.2 billion, with a fully diluted valuation of approximately $14.1–15.6 billion.
