Yesterday, after a massive liquidation of Bitcoin short positions, contract trading remained crowded, with the long-short ratio in a deadlock.

BlockBeats news, September 22, according to Coinglass data, yesterday afternoon Bitcoin surged significantly, with over $900 million in short positions liquidated across the network. However, after experiencing large-scale liquidations, Bitcoin coin-margined contract open interest increased rather than decreased. As of press time, the total Bitcoin contract open interest across the network has risen to 717,400 BTC, a notable increase from yesterday's 685,600 BTC.

Additionally, the current long-short ratio for Bitcoin contracts across the network stands at 1.0612, indicating that after yesterday's sharp rise, market sentiment has not shown a one-sided bullish stance, with both longs and shorts still in a tug-of-war.
