BlockBeats news, September 21 - According to TradingBeats monitoring, the largest BTC short position on Hyperliquid (excluding Abraxas Capital's hedge position), an address 0xfc27 labeled by the platform as Polymarket user "VBVIT," has continuously added to its short position as BTC price rose. As of press time, this address holds a short position of 1,320.73 BTC, with a position value of approximately $112 million, using 25x leverage, and an average entry price of approximately $79,470.


As of press time, BTC is trading at approximately $84,547, and this account's BTC short position has an unrealized loss of approximately $6.7048 million, with a liquidation price of approximately $86,951.25, less than 3% away from the current price. Recent transaction records show that this address continued to add to its position in the BTC $82,700 to $83,300 range.


Additionally, this address is also the largest ETH short on Hyperliquid, holding an ETH short position worth approximately $76.46 million, with an unrealized loss of approximately $4.44 million; its 87 perpetual positions have a combined unrealized loss of approximately $13.84 million.
