BlockBeats news, September 19: Circle's public chain Arc officially announced that it has launched agent payments. Its Facilitator Service provides x402 developers with a hosted integration path, accepts USDC, and supports on-chain settlement on Arc, Base, and Polygon. This path requires no Relayer key and no separate Gas fee wallet.
