NYSE Arca filed a rule change application with the SEC to list binary KPI options.

BlockBeats news, September 18: NYSE Arca has filed a proposed rule change with the U.S. SEC (SR-NYSEARCA-2026-93) to list binary KPI options. The product uses key operating metrics from corporate earnings reports as underlying assets and adopts all-or-nothing binary cash settlement. The initial batch is proposed to cover 23 companies, including Coinbase's transaction revenue, trading volume, and subscription revenue, as well as Marathon Digital Holdings' Bitcoin production, holdings, and hash rate. The SEC issued a notice soliciting comments on September 15 and published it in the Federal Register today. The product has not yet been approved for listing.
