BlockBeats news, September 17, according to H100 Group's official announcement, the company's CEO Eirik Grottum increased his holdings by 407,163 H100 shares through the affiliated company Kode Oslo AS, with a total amount of approximately SEK 621,900, at an average purchase price of SEK 1.53 per share.
The announcement shows that 405,663 shares were purchased on September 15 at SEK 1.53 per share, and another 1,500 shares were purchased on August 19 at SEK 1.40 per share. After the transaction was completed, Eirik Grottum's affiliated companies collectively hold 5,399,464 H100 shares.
H100 Group is a technology company focused on the health and longevity sector, and also adopts a Bitcoin reserve strategy. As of now, the company's balance sheet holds 3,506 BTC, making it the first and largest listed Bitcoin reserve company in the Nordic region.
