Kimi launches financial industry solution, with agents directly handling investment research, modeling, and reporting.

Beating AI News Flash: Moonshot AI launches Kimi financial industry solution, bundling financial data, Skills, and Agent capabilities together. The solution connects to 10+ data sources including Wind, East Money, S&P Global, Cailian Press, and Caixin Data, and offers 9 financial Skills including financial modeling, institutional research reports, earnings commentary, portfolio review, and holdings morning briefs.

Kimi states that in collaboration cases, manpower input for financial modeling dropped from 5–7 person-days to 0.5–1 person-day, and deep research was shortened from 10–20 days to about 2 days.

Kimi also co-built a "Risk Assessment Gateway" with CITIC Securities to handle data classification, personal information protection, tool authorization, content verification, and audit traceability. In pilot testing, the manual production time for a single temporary fiduciary report dropped from about 30 minutes to 10 minutes.

In the past week, OpenAI and Anthropic have also successively launched financial industry products. Now Kimi is following suit, pushing financial data, professional Skills, and Agent workflows together to institutional clients.
