U.S. stocks closed lower this morning with all three major indices down; SpaceX rose 5%; cryptocurrency-related stocks fell broadly.

BlockBeats news, September 17th, according to BIT (Bit.com) market data, the Federal Reserve's 25 basis point rate hike has been implemented, and the three major U.S. stock indices closed lower on Wednesday, with the Dow initially closing down 1.2%, the S&P 500 index falling 0.44%, and the Nasdaq falling 0.01%.


Intel (INTC.O) rose 4%, SpaceX (SPCX.O) rose 5%, while Goldman Sachs (GS.N) and Boeing (BA.N) fell nearly 4%.


In terms of cryptocurrency-related stocks, MSTR fell 2.64%, CRCL fell 6.77%, COIN fell 4.42%, SBET fell 4.20%, BMNR fell 3.26%, and HOOD fell 5.46%.
