Looppanel primarily serves UX and product teams, offering features such as multilingual transcription, AI-assisted analysis, thematic tagging, research content search, and collaboration, helping enterprises extract insights from user research. Cyces stated that in the future, it will drive Looppanel toward "Agentic UX Research." The specific transaction amount of this acquisition was not disclosed.
Looppanel was founded to help enterprises conduct qualitative user research more efficiently, and was once selected for Sequoia Capital's Spark early-stage startup program and participated in TechCrunch Disrupt.
