Uniswap founder responds to 'Uniswap v4 Hook security issue': Technical issue, should avoid routing to malicious Hooks.

BlockBeats news, September 15: Crypto trading infrastructure 0x tweeted this morning that after analyzing over 84,000 Uniswap v4 Hooks, it determined that only about 19.4% can be considered safe, 54.2% were judged as malicious, and another 26.4% are suspected malicious. It also pointed out that malicious Hooks do not need to rely on a standalone interface; they can be routed as long as the quote appears to be the most optimal.

Uniswap founder Hayden Adams subsequently responded, saying this is a technical issue: "Do not route to malicious Hooks." He said he can assist teams encountering this problem, while emphasizing that v4 Hooks bring a lot of innovation. He said the Uniswap developer API can provide better market prices, avoid malicious Hooks, connect to all Uniswap liquidity without additional fees, and support cross-chain as well as access to external liquidity as an aggregator.
