Jensen Huang denies that AI infrastructure investments constitute circular financing.

BlockBeats news, September 11, according to The Wall Street Journal, Nvidia (NVDA.O) CEO Jensen Huang responded at the Goldman Sachs conference to external questions about Nvidia's involvement in financing arrangements for data center and artificial intelligence infrastructure projects.

In response to the question of "whether these investments constitute circular financing," Huang said: "I put in $1, and eventually $100 comes back. Is that circular?" He called the related transactions a "very smart strategy" that helps Nvidia establish distribution channels for its technology architecture.

Huang said that Nvidia's provision of financial support for data center projects and AI infrastructure is not simply a circular flow of funds, but is intended to promote the application of its architecture in the market.
