BlockBeats News, September 10 — D. Goens, the new CEO of decentralized SocialFi platform Zora, stated that Zora has completed several major adjustments this summer:
On the product front, the platform has expanded from supporting only the Base network to Robinhood, Solana, and BNB Chain, and has launched a custom pairing feature, with over 4,000 trading pairs created, supporting trading of stocks, Meme coins, and mainstream assets;
On the team front, the company has completed layoffs, reducing its size to fewer than 10 people, and has deeply integrated AI technology to improve operational efficiency;
On the leadership front, co-founder Jacob has stepped down as CEO, succeeded by fellow co-founder D. Goens.
The new CEO stated that going forward, the focus will be on advancing the ZORA token buyback and holder reward mechanism, restarting community incentive distributions, accelerating mobile product iteration, and committing to enhanced communication transparency with the community.
