AMC CEO Takes Another Shot at Robinhood as MEME Stock Craze Fizzles Below $40 Million

BlockBeats News, September 5th, AMC CEO Adam Aron once again called out Robinhood on X Platform, harshly criticizing Robinhood's promotion of offshore Stock Tokens on its U.S. website. Aron believes that Robinhood is effectively circumventing the spirit of securities laws, creating an unauthorized synthetic market.

At the same time, Adam Aron challenged Robinhood co-founder Vlad, stating, "Casually playing with U.S. securities laws is not something to be proud of for Robinhood. It does not add honor to the financial market or credibility. You yourself have acknowledged that in this situation, you are not complying with U.S. securities laws, so you cannot offer or sell these Jersey offshore tokens to Americans. However, your company is heavily promoting them on the U.S. website."

Possibly influenced by this news, according to GMGN data, MEME has once again accelerated its decline, now falling below $40 million, with a market capitalization currently standing at $38.82 million.
