Alibaba Created Glasses Version for Qoder: Fixing Bugs with Just a Glance to Prompt the Agent

Voyant Beating AI News: Ali has made a glasses version for Qoder, with the first batch integrating the Thousand Inquiries AI Glasses and Leqi AI Glasses.

The glasses have become Qoder's voice and vision gateway. Users can simply speak to assign tasks, and the Agent can continue executing them in the cloud or on a computer. The glasses are responsible for receiving new instructions at any time, reporting progress, and prompting user confirmation before critical operations.

When users see error pop-ups, device statuses, whiteboard sketches, or screen information, they can directly have the glasses take a photo. Qoder will recognize the current scene, proceed to troubleshoot issues, modify code, or organize tasks. In situations where user confirmation is required, the system will proactively ask, and users can simply say instructions like "the second one" to continue.

Interaction is no longer like the traditional voice assistants that respond one sentence at a time. Once inside Qoder, there is no need to repeatedly call out wake-up words, and the Agent can interject or add requests while reporting. Code, tables, and lengthy results will not all be crammed into the lens; only summaries will be read out, with the full content still sent to the phone.

The official documentation has already outlined the complete installation process for the Leqi version. The Thousand Inquiries version is currently undergoing targeted beta testing and is expected to be officially launched at the Yunqi Conference, only supporting Qoder CN accounts. The 2026 Yunqi Conference will be held from September 22nd to 24th.
