WonderFi Raises $550 Million in Series A Extension, Half-Year Valuation Soars from $2 Billion to $5 Billion

Dynamic Beating AI News: Enterprise AI company Wonderful has completed a $550 million Series C funding round, valuing the company at $5 billion. Insight Partners led the round again, with Salesforce being the only new investor this time. Just in March this year, Wonderful raised $150 million at a $20 billion valuation. In less than six months, the valuation has already increased 2.5 times, with total funding exceeding $800 million.

Wonderful offers an enterprise AI platform that integrates various models, agents, workflows, and existing enterprise systems, with Field Deployment Engineers (FDEs) deployed to assist in customer implementation. The company is now present in over 35 markets, serving 100+ enterprise clients, with approximately 650 employees.

Wonderful's revenue has been steadily climbing. In August last year, the annualized revenue was around $1 million, which increased to $7 million by the end of the year, reached $18 million in Q1 this year, and is now around $70 million, targeting over $100 million by the end of the year. Based on current revenue, the $5 billion valuation is roughly 71 times the annualized revenue.

In addition to this funding round, investors have separately raised an additional $170 million to purchase shares from employees and early angel investors.
