U.S. Energy Stocks See Pre-market Rally, Halliburton Up 2.27%

Halliburton (HAL.N) rose by 2.27%, Valero Energy (VLO.N) rose by 2.17%, Occidental Petroleum (OXY.N) rose by 1.79%, Chevron (CVX.N) rose by 1.58%, Exxon Mobil (XOM.N) rose by 1.3%, Marathon Oil (MRO.N) rose by 1.55%.
