The main obstacle to this type of gameplay in the past has been the generation speed. If a video plays for 15 seconds but the next segment requires several minutes to prepare, true live broadcasting is impossible. H3 Max has now reduced this waiting time to within the playback time, allowing the AI to prepare the next segment while the audience is still watching the current one. For the first time, the video model has transitioned from "wait for it to render" to being able to continuously provide real-time content.

H3 Max itself is a version trained by fal Research based on the MiniMax open-source H3, and it has been optimized for fal's inference system. Official data indicates that generating a 5-second video takes less than 3 seconds, with a throughput approximately 35 times that of the MiniMax official H3 interface.
