Ruixin Micro Stock Price Hits Limit Up Today due to Strong Sales of Open-Source Robot Microduck

BlockBeats News, August 31st: Pollen Robotics, a subsidiary of Hugging Face, recently released the open-source bipedal robot Microduck, priced at $399. Standing at approximately 25 cm tall, Microduck supports functions such as walking, object manipulation, autonomous recovery from falls, and even allows the wearing of roller skates. The product received over $1 million in orders within 6 hours of going online, and surpassed $2.6 million within 24 hours. With a price of $399, the number of pre-orders is around 6,500 units. The current delivery lead time for new orders has been extended to 4-6 months.

It is worth noting that the main controller of Microduck is equipped with the China-made Rockchip RK3566 chip. The onboard computing platform is responsible for operating 15 motors, cameras, LiDAR, and a 50Hz robot control loop.

After the opening of the A-share market today, Rockchip's stock price rose by the daily limit, as market analysts attributed the surge to the strong sales of Hugging Face's Microduck.
