HyperCore Manual Borrowing Feature Goes Live on Testnet, Mainnet Borrowing Still Limited to Portfolio Collateral

BlockBeats News, August 26th, Hyperliquid co-founder Jeff Yan announced that the manual borrowing feature of HyperCore has been launched on the testnet. Currently, all borrowing functions on the mainnet are still limited to the portfolio margin mode.

The HyperEVM smart contract can now access HyperCore's lending function through CoreWriter and a read-only precompiled contract.
