Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister: Strait of Hormuz Will Not Reopen Without Iran's Consent

The Strait of Hormuz is under the full control and surveillance of the Iranian armed forces, and it will not be reopened unless with Iran's agreement, approval, and arrangement.
