Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister: Strait of Hormuz Will Not Reopen Without Iran's Consent

BlockBeats News, August 26th. Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated in an interview on August 25th that Iran is still in a state of war. The Strait of Hormuz is under the full control and surveillance of the Iranian armed forces, and it will not be reopened unless with Iran's agreement, approval, and arrangement.

Araghchi also warned that to defend national security and interests, Iran could take preemptive action against American targets if conditions are right, rather than wait for the US to attack first and then defend. (CCTV)
