Watchtower Beating AI News Flash: Byte's new AI office product "BeanWork" has been launched, and the official website is now available for download.

However, in practical testing, the current "BeanWork" seems more like a dedicated office version of the bean. The interface is almost identical to the bean's desktop version, and the core functions overlap significantly with the bean's existing "work tasks," including scheduled tasks, skills and connectors, cloud storage, and remote desktop from a mobile phone.

Even the subscriptions are not separated. The page directly states "Bean Subscription," with the standard package still priced at 68 yuan per month for Bean 2.1 Pro's work tasks.

Currently, the biggest change in "BeanWork" seems to be the name and independent entry point, with the underlying capabilities still mainly reflecting the bean's original office features. How the subsequent TRAE Work, button, and Feishu's capabilities will be truly integrated remains to be seen.
