Trump Endorses AI Data Center, Says It Will Create Abundant Jobs and Tax Revenue

BlockBeats News, August 22. According to Fox News, earlier today, U.S. President Trump stated that any governor or local government official should embrace the establishment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) data centers.

Trump said: "This will create a large number of construction jobs. We are building the largest factories anywhere in the world. I can say that if I were a mayor of a city, or a governor of a state, and I had the opportunity to have a large AI factory or data center built, I would absolutely want it because it can create a significant number of jobs, and the funds and tax revenue it brings in are very substantial."

Trump also mentioned that given most Americans' opposition to having data centers in their own communities, the AI industry needs to get "a little help on the PR side."
