Binance has adjusted the settlement frequency of the UNITREEUSDT perpetual contract funding rate to every 4 hours.

BlockBeats News, August 19th, Binance announced that starting from August 19, 2026, at 08:15 (UTC), the funding rate settlement period of the USDⓈ-M UNITREEUSDT perpetual contract will be adjusted from every 8 hours to every 4 hours.

After the adjustment, the funding rate settlement times for the UNITREEUSDT perpetual contract will be at 00:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00, 20:00 (UTC) daily, and the maximum funding rate limits will remain at +2.00%/-2.00% per occurrence.

Binance stated that it will continue to adjust contract parameters based on market risk conditions, including funding rates, minimum price movement increments, maximum leverage, initial margin, and maintenance margin requirements.

Furthermore, the UNITREEUSDT perpetual contract is not subject to the rule of automatically switching to hourly settlement after the funding rate reaches the upper or lower limit. If there are any future adjustments to the funding rate period, Binance will make a separate announcement.
