SK Hynix's After-Hours Stock Price Increases to 1.8%, Previously Dropped Over 3%

BlockBeats News, August 19th, according to BIT (Bit.com) market data, SK Hynix's after-hours stock price increase expanded to 1.8%, after previously dropping over 3%.


On the news front, SK Hynix will allocate at least 50% of the free cash flow generated during the period from 2025 to 2027 to shareholder returns. They will continue to pursue additional stock repurchases and cancellations. More shareholder return plans will be announced at the time of the third-quarter performance release. They are considering a distribution plan that includes both common and special dividends.


They will repurchase 40 trillion Korean won (approximately $28.6 billion) of treasury stock. This buyback aims to retire shares to enhance shareholder returns.
