BlockBeats News, August 18th. According to official sources, the cross-chain Meme coin Launchpad platform Printr announced that it will initiate a business cessation process and will cease all operations by August 31, 2026. The team stated that over the past three months, they have tried various feasible solutions to find a sustainable development path. However, due to a lack of the funds and distribution support needed in the current market, they have ultimately decided to shut down operations. Starting from August 18th, all on-chain staking positions and staking rewards will be automatically unstaked or withdrawn and returned to the original deposit wallet addresses, after which the staking function will be suspended.
With the business shutdown, Printr has confirmed that there will be no Token Generation Event (TGE) or airdrops. The team mentioned that they understand the community's previous expectations for these plans and regret that they cannot fulfill these arrangements. After August 31, the Printr application interface will be taken offline, and the platform will no longer support the issuance of new tokens.
Printr also emphasized that the tokens issued through the platform are independent on-chain assets not held or controlled by Printr and will continue to exist on the respective blockchains.
