BlockBeats News, August 17th, according to BIT (bit.com) market data, pre-market trading of the US stock, Bitcoin mining company HIVE Digital surged by 8.85%, with a stock price of $2.93. HIVE Digital's subsidiary BUZZ High Performance Computing announced the signing of a five-year GPU cloud service agreement, with a total contract value of approximately $350 million, corresponding to an annualized revenue of about $70 million. This is the second large GPU cluster contract that HIVE has secured in two months. After completion, BUZZ HPC's total annualized revenue will reach around $180 million, of which $35 million has been realized, and $145 million will be gradually launched in the fourth quarter of 2026.
This deployment will be based on NVIDIA's reference architecture, establishing a dedicated cluster consisting of 2016 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs, equipped with GB300 NVL72 rack systems, Quantum-X800 InfiniBand network, and VAST Data storage. It is expected to be operational later this year at the Bell AI Fabric facility in Merritt, British Columbia, using renewable hydroelectric power and closed-loop liquid cooling. The deployment capital expenditure is approximately $185 million. After the cluster is delivered, HIVE expects the daily revenue from HPC/AI to reach around $500,000.
