Enterprise AI company HappyRobot has successfully completed a $150 million Series C funding round, valuing the company at $1.2 billion.

BlockBeats News, August 5th, Enterprise AI robotics company HappyRobot has completed a $150 million Series C funding round led by Prysm Capital and co-led by Eurazeo, valuing the company at $1.2 billion, making it a unicorn. The company has raised a total of approximately $200 million. This round of investment also saw participation from returning investors such as a16z, Base10, Y Combinator, as well as strategic investors like Koch Disruptive Technologies, Orange, and Deutsche Telekom's T.Capital.

The company, founded by three Spanish entrepreneurs Pablo Palafox (CEO), Javi Palafox (COO), and Luis Paarup (CTO) in 2022 in San Francisco, initially focused on computer vision annotation tools and later pivoted to AI voice assistants.
