SK Hynix subsidiary Solidigm is preparing to go public with a target valuation of ₩5 trillion.

BlockBeats News, August 5th - According to Korean media reports, SK Hynix's subsidiary Solidigm is preparing for a pre-IPO fundraising round to prepare for a potential Nasdaq listing. The company is aiming for a targeted valuation of 500 trillion KRW in this fundraising round.

Solidigm is a U.S.-based subsidiary established in 2021 to accommodate Intel's NAND Flash and SSD business, which SK Hynix agreed to acquire for approximately 100 trillion KRW in 2020.
