Ethereum Foundation Member Proposes EIP-8361 Aimed at Reducing ETH Inflation Rate

If the ETH staking ratio exceeds 50%, this proposal will lower the staking reward rate to 0%. Based on the current staking scale, this would halve the staking reward to 1%.
