BlockBeats News, August 4th, according to Fortune magazine, Dinari has partnered with the stablecoin giant Circle to enable U.S. investors to trade stocks through self-custodied wallets for the first time. Dinari's model replaces the traditional brokerage stack with a wallet-based system, allowing users to instantly fund their accounts using the USDC stablecoin.
For decades, buying stocks has meant going through a broker, waiting for trade settlement, and facing trading restrictions when the stock market is closed. Dinari is attempting to change that. On Tuesday, the California-based company that tokenizes public trading stocks announced that it had put the entire S&P 500 on the blockchain and offered these tokenized stocks to U.S. investors.
