CZ Comments on "Coldcard Hacked, Loss Exceeds $71 Million": In self-custody mode, vulnerability patch cannot protect previously generated wallets

Until users take proactive measures, the associated wallets may still remain exposed to attack risks."

CZ stated that he supports self-custody, but this also means that the security responsibility is solely on the user.
