According to DataBeat monitoring, DeepSeek has released the V4-Flash-0731 official weight on Hugging Face, continuing to use the MIT license. Developers can deploy, fine-tune, and commercialize on their own, rather than being limited to using only the DeepSeek official API.

This open release is the official version of the just-completed training upgrade. It has surpassed the V4-Pro-Preview in multiple Agent tests, and its relevant capabilities can now also be independently deployed and retested by third parties.
