Michael Saylor: The goal is to facilitate the STRC anchor around September 8th.

BlockBeats News, July 31, Strategy founder Michael Saylor stated during today's earnings call: "When STRC was initially listed, it took us about 70 trading days to return to par value. Some people may have forgotten that our IPO price was $90, and it took 70 days to pull back to par. If we count from the day STRC fell below the $99-100 trading range, it has been 40 trading days as of today."

Using the day it fell below the trading range on May 28 as a starting point and going back 70 trading days, the time would be around September 8. We are closely watching this date and tracking our progress. We are focusing on getting STRC back on track. We believe that since we were able to do it within 70 days after the IPO, it is also reasonable to set a 70-day target for recovery after falling below the range. We have ample means to bring STRC back to par value."
