BlockBeats News, July 29th, according to the Financial Times, Musk Settles Long-standing Legal Dispute with X Advertiser.
The dispute stemmed from Musk's acquisition of Twitter in 2022, where many advertisers drastically reduced spending due to concerns over content safety and compliance, leading to a roughly 50% decline in X Ad's revenue.
In 2024, X sued the Advertiser Alliance for alleged illegal boycott, and in March 2026, a U.S. judge dismissed the case for lack of antitrust harm, bringing an end to the litigation.
