Trump: U.S.-Iran Negotiations "Have a Great Chance of Success," Considering Using Iranian Funds to Compensate for the Hormuz Loss

BlockBeats News, July 28th, U.S. President Trump stated that Iran has requested a meeting through an intermediary, and the U.S. is engaging in "constructive talks" with Iran, mentioning that there is a "good chance for some positive results" from both sides.


Trump said, "Iran wants to meet, and we will meet with them." He also emphasized his "plenty of patience and time," stating that the U.S. has a lot of ammunition and hopes to acquire more.


Regarding the situation in the Strait of Hormuz, Trump mentioned that the U.S. will use Iranian funds to compensate for losses related to the strait. Furthermore, he revealed that there are some differences between the U.S. and Iran on the Iran issue, but they are "very close to reaching an agreement."


Trump also stated that he will inquire with Russian President Putin about Russia's actions regarding Iran and ask about relevant satellite imagery.
